We are currently experiencing a temporary pause in our Direct Billing services. While we wait for our updated provider registrations to be finalized, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt upon payment. You can easily submit this receipt to your insurance provider for personal reimbursement.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: - Please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule or cancel your appointment - Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (no show), will be charged the FULL appointment fee. This fee CANNOT to billed through insurance providers or ICBC - Frequent the cancellations and no-shows will result in restricting being made to the patient’s ability to book for future appointments in our clinic
