Direct Billing & ICBC Notice
We offer direct billing to most major extended health insurance companies. To set up your direct billing, please bring your insurance card to your next appointment or securely upload your insurance details directly into your Jane App account profile before your visit.
Please Note regarding ICBC:
We do not direct bill to ICBC currently Patients are responsible for upfront payment at the time of treatment. We will provide you with an official receipt so that you can easily submit it yourself to ICBC for reimbursement.
Troubles logging in?
If you are a subsequent patient and has been to our clinic previously, you will be unable to log into your previous Jane app! Please sign up for a new Jane app account. Sorry for the inconvenience
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
- Please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule or cancel your appointment
- Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (no show), will be charged the FULL appointment fee. This fee CANNOT to billed through insurance providers or ICBC
- Frequent the cancellations and no-shows will result in restricting being made to the patient’s ability to book for future appointments in our clinic
